Every order placed on kzarre.com ships free to any address in the contiguous United States. There is no minimum spend, no promotional window, no code to enter. The piece leaves the bench wrapped by hand and travels to you at our expense — because the experience of receiving it is as much a part of the object as the object itself.
This is not a promotion. It is simply how we ship.
Each order is inspected, numbered, signed, and packed by hand before it leaves. We dispatch within 1–3 business days of payment confirmation. You will receive a shipping confirmation with tracking information the moment it moves.
A tracking number is sent by email once your order is in transit. You can also view live order status by logging into your account and visiting My orders. If you checked out as a guest, your order ID — shown on the confirmation page — is all you need to reach us.
We ship within the United States at this time. International delivery is on the horizon — write to us through the contact form if you are outside the US and would like to be notified when we open further destinations.
If your order has not arrived within 10 business days of your shipping confirmation, write to us at the contact form with your order ID. We will locate it and put it right — no forms, no automated queues.
