Returns & exchanges

The standard

Every piece that leaves the bench is inspected, signed, and packed by hand. If something is not right, we want to know. Returns are accepted within 15 days of confirmed delivery.

Conditions

• Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition.
• Original packaging and any included cards or dust bags must be returned.
• Items showing signs of wear, alteration, or damage caused after delivery are not eligible.
• Discounted or final-sale items are not eligible for return unless they arrive damaged or defective.

How to start a return

Use the contact form with your order ID and a brief note about the reason. We respond within two business days with return instructions and a shipping address.

Delivery to you is always free — and so is the return. We send a prepaid return label with our instructions; the piece travels back at our expense.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect the returned item, refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5–7 business days. You will receive an email confirmation when the refund is processed.

The refund equals the full amount you paid.

Exchanges

We produce in small numbers. Exchanges are subject to availability. Contact us at the contact form to check whether your preferred size or colour is available before returning.

Damaged or incorrect items

If your order arrives damaged or is not what you ordered, email us within 7 days of delivery with your order ID and a photograph. We will cover return shipping and send a replacement or issue a full refund — your choice.
